Even in zoom to layer i cant see the tif image but i can see normaly the jpg images (the tif was made in arcmap 10.0 or 10.2.0 and i'm working on arcmap 10.2.2)
you probably added it to a dataframe that had other data... in which case, perhaps the image is missing a projection file to define its coordinates, or perhaps it differs from the other data.
It would be best to 'Insert, Dataframe' and add just that one file to it to see if it shows at all.
Also, things like jpg and tif files often have *.jgw or *.tfw or *.aux files associated with them... you need them all in the same folder if you copied the image from somewhere else.
