Hi,
I add one png file to ArcMap within enabling alpha band and I can see the raster layer have some transparency portion (the pixels with alpha = 0). But I write a C# program (base on ArcGIS runtime SDK 100.2) to load the png file as raster layer and I cannot see the alpha displaying( not any transparency pixels). Could someone please give me the sample code to resolve this issue? Thank.
