Arcmap stopped opening, was hanging up on splash screen when initializing license. Uninstalled, removed from registry, deleted files under C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet. Reinstalled. Now it wont find my license. Trying to re-authorize software, Basic (ArcView) Single Use.  I enter my provision file and click authorize. When it goes to activate license it stops responding? Once it stops responding have to close with task manager. Arcmap then hangs on splash screen again when initializing license. Have restart computer at this point to be able to get back into Arcgis Administrator.

If you have removed that much and done all those things, it may be time to call tech support.  They may have to check remotely to see what has been done and how to fix it
