Recover overwritten submitted surveys

Had an issue when printing out a survey, text is blank pictures appear. The issue reported results from that survey form being overwritten when changes were made to the format. Is there anyway to recover submitted surveys?

Hi Carl,

Can you clarify what is occurring?  When 'printing out a survey', are you referring to the basic printing in the Data tab, the Word-based print template available in the Data tab, or something else?  By 'the issue reported results from that survey form being overwritten when changes were made', was this an error dialog or something else?

Sorry for not clarifying. Used the basic print function from the Data tab>Print>Save as PDF. The text of the report is blank.

This is the only report, downloaded as pdf to do this.

I needed to make changes to the form format after this round of inspections. The Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS version at the time would only allow the data to be overwritten when Published. We had no knowledge that this 1 report had issues.

Hi Carl,

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to recover data after a form revision that requires republishing the feature service.
