Problem with Workspace when it is SQL Geodatabase

I am developing a arcpy tool. The output would be saved in a parameter with  "Workspace" Data type as follows:


When the workspace is a folder everything is fine. However when I enter a SQL Geo-database as follow:


ArcGIS adds its root (i.e. c:\windows\system32)  to the output workspace and causes Error as follows:

Note that the output comes from masking a raster by a polygon as follows:

outExtractByMask =, Study_Area)
finalRaster = os.path.join(Output_Raster,observationLayer)


Any solution?
