vector style

To my fellow GIS experts:

I'd like to use a customized root.json vector tile style in an ArcGIS JSAPI custom web map. Locally hosting the root.json results in 404 and 403 errors (see other posts similar to this), so that is not a real option here.

I've already got it uploaded to AGOL and can view my custom vector tile basemap successfully in an AGOL webmap -- so what is the ArcGIS hosted url for my customized root.json file so that I can add it to a custom JSAPI web map? I cannot find info about this anywhere on the interwebs.
