Hi,
I am asking for help. I am unable to download ArcGIS for desktop and Pro? I have followed instructions presented on "ArcGIS for Desktop Student Trial software Instructions " but I am encountering challenges with downloading ArcGIS for desktop and Pro.
When I click the download button I keep getting this message "Access Denied, You don't have permission to access "http://software.esri.com/software/arcgis/10.3.1/ArcGIS_Desktop_1031_145699.exe?" on this server. Reference #18.1da3c129.1513248442.b6b966b".
My computer is running on Windows 10. I have also tried downloading on multiple browsers but I am not granted permission to proceed. Please help me to proceed with the downloads.
