I have created a survey using Survey 123 Connect, and I selected an existing feature service when creating the form. I modified the form and saved all changes, and then I published the form. The form shows up in my My Content folder in AGO, but is being recognized as a stand-alone form, which I have yet to be able to figure out how to connect this form layer to the feature layer that it references in order to collect data using the Survey 123 form.
What I want to accomplish is for users who are editing the web map in Collector for ArcGIS to have a link to the survey whenever they add new features. I have gotten through the creation and publishing portion of the survey, but I can't locate information on how to tie that to the web map or feature service itself for users to utilize when collecting data.
