pointcount in arcgis pro

good day,

In arcmap is used 

!shape!.pointcount

if i needed to count the vertex in a feature. But it looks like its not working anymore in arcgis pro.

could someone help me with the right code for this.

Hallo Dan,

Again thank you for your answer. Turns out that my features are of GEMETRIE type. tbh do not really know why but knowing this the script must by

!GEOMETRIE!.pointcount

btw you can both use upper or lower case

only because the field calculator is 'forgiving'.  If using arcpy methods in scripts, it is not so nice As for the shapefield name for future reference, but more for scripting, there is an arcpy Describe property which allows you to get the shapefield name.  In most cases it is Shape, but the objected field has many incarnations (ie FID, OBJECTID etc)
