Is there a way to have bi-directional relate instead of creating two relates?

For example, in the screenshot below, having relate is configured, selecting a record from “Building” feature class result in selecting its corresponding value in “Building_T” table. however, selecting a value in the “Building_T” table doesn’t lead to selecting their corresponding values in “Building” feature class.

Is the only way to resolve this is to create another relate from “Building_T” table to “Building” feature class?
