Is there something that I'm missing? None of my objects on my map will identify when I click on them. I'm using version 1.6.1.

Could you provide more information about your data?
In ArcGIS Earth V1.6.1, only KML, Shapefile, CSV/TXT, feature service can be identified. The identity for map/image service will be included in the following versions.
