Hi I've not had much luck with getting my licence up-graded the the advance version (lease). I've not had any responce so far since talking with Mr Kahn in the Vavcouver B.C. office lasr week.
Any help in this reguard would be great,

Vancouver??? You have to contact esri Canada technical support... the US site would be your second choice
