I signed up for the ArcGis developer subscription with 50 credits. When I create a layer then try to click on the layer link on the dashboard I see a response of "We could not access the item you requested.". I've created two layers and both are not accessible, both respond with "We could not access the item you requested.". So, am I to conclude that the developer subscription does not work. If that's the case, I sure am not going to recommend my company by this stuff.
