Label problem in Collector for windows, is it officially supported?

I'm running the latest version of the Collector app on windows 10. I have several hosted feature services set to label, however only one service is labeling. I tested in several webmaps, and in one a line service is labeling and in another a point service is labeling. I'm not sure what the issue could be, has anyone else run into this?

Does the windows version officially support labels? Or do they just happen to work? After looking at the comments at the bottom of the idea page I'm not sure

Labeling is not officially supported in the current version of Collector. We will be releasing an updated version of Collector in Q2 2018 where labeling will be officially supported.
