In AGOL I get this error when exporting a data layer...

I have a feature layer (point) uploaded to AGOL. When I select "export" either as shapefile or excel I get the following error "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component." What does this mean and what can I do to fix this so I can actually have this data able to be exported?

What browser are you using?

Has this worked for you in the past?

Are you exporting from the feature layer's item details page or by using the Analysis tools in the map viewer?
