Do you know why arcgis change the encoding on "Add locations" of network analyst?
This is happening only when I load locations. The original shapefile of points has the correct names encoding.
Can you help me?

ahh language encoding... I have seen *.cpg files that enable this with shapefiles, can't remember how geodatabase files handle them. check for 'codepage ' in the help for various topics.
