Have you purchased the software from the local Esri distributor (Esri India for Indian users)? Then, you could get the license code from the your organization's admin account in My Esri. If your organization's account is not available in My Esri, then you need to contact your local Esri distributor for the license codes that you purchased.
In case you have received the software from your university/organization, you need to contact the site administrator of your organization who is responsible for administering the licenses.
