Is there any way to add a MGRS grid with axis labels that contain the grid zone designator, the 100,000 meter square identifier, and the numerical location? Example (18T UK 86 000)

See attached photo for a map made from Terrain Navigator.

Modifying a MGRS grid has info, but I don't know if it goes as far as you want

The "numerical location" is the UTM ten-thousands coordinate values. That is, the map's actual UTM coordinates (lower right) are 360000,4485000. If you query for MGRS, like via ArcObjects or identify tool, we're going to give you 18TUK6000085000 or if you start reducing the precision, 18TUK6085.
