Is there an equivalent to Attribute Assistant yet in Pro?

So far, everything I attempt to do in Pro ends up not yet being supported.  I am wondering if this is also the case for attribute assistant.  I read an old post (about a year ago) that said it was in the works, but I can't seem to find it.

The Transfer Attributes tool now includes a new Transfer Rule Field(s) parameter for setting rules to control attribute transfer for m:n matches where multiple source features matched one or more target features.

OK.  I have many attributes that I want updated automatically  (Some based on physical location, some based on who is updating the record and some based on other fields)  Some of the changes are made when updating the position of the feature, some when editing attributes, and some when creating a new feature.  See table below:

Can this functionality be duplicated using the transfer attribute tool?
