I am using CE 2017 licensed version.
but its crashing and closing without any prior information, creating log file as it closed.
please help me to resolve.

Could you please check if your license is valid? Open the ArcGIS Administrator -> CityEngine -> Availability -> Authorized should be "Yes".
Could you provide more details about what you were doing when the crash happened?
