Syncing error with Offline Collector

Hello,

Some users are getting a generic error when they try to sync their data It is a generic error with no details. Anyone know what the underlying issue may be, and how we can prevent this from happening? 

Out data is being stored on our Portal and we are using Android devices

Are you able to check the ArcGIS Server logs at verbose or debug and find any errors or messages around the time the users synced? If you are using data registered to a sql server, oracle, etc., is that data versioned or archived?

Do new maps download and sync successfully?
