I am wanting to utilize the #pulldata function to show multiple rows of data instead of just one. The end user would choose a communications plan with the radio frequencies populating various functions.
In the table below, if the user chose 'ALAMEDA', then listed would be the 'FUNCTION_RANK' followed by the 'FREQ_TYPE_ZONE_CH'. Any help would be appreciated, as I want this form to work off one choice not multiple.

Pulldata will return a value from a single column only. To achieve the above, then you will need to create a new column in the .csv that contains a concatenated version of FUNCTION_RANK and FREQ_TYPE_ZONE_CH. You can then use pulldata to return this string to the user.
