I am uploading a vector tiled basemap to our ArcGIS online organization. It completes it, but not all layers are drawing. At large scale everything seems to be there, but as I zoom out some layers do not draw completely (specifically my roads). I have attached a screenshot of the problem, you can see where the interstate is not drawing, eventually they all disappear as I zoom out.
In ArcGIS Pro everything draws and labels as it should. Any ideas?
