I started using ArcGIS Pro 2.0 recently for the first time.
What are other peoples experiences of working with imported ArcMap documents in ArcGIS Pro ? I have hit an issue relating to the converting of labels to annotations.
I created a new project and imported an ArcMap document it into it.
I create a vector grid in ArcMap 10.5 using GT Wizard and I added the grid to the ArcGIS Pro project and then labelled the grid.
I converted the grid labels to annotations but nothing seemed to get created in the annotation groups or if it did, nothing was being displayed. I also go no error message
UK Technical support suggested create a new map layout. Once I did that and dragged the layers across to it, the convert to annotation worked, This suggests a problem with the map layout, with came from an ArcMap document.
Has anyone else experienced these kinds of problems?
