I'm attempting to update to ArcGIS 10.5 or 10.4.1, the Windows Operating System has Service Pack 1; we utilize a standalone system without internet connectivity. For security reasons this system cannot be hooked up to the internet. I'm being prompted that in order to update to 10.5 or 10.4.1 we need to add Microsoft.NET 4.5 or higher.
When attempting to add Microsoft.NET 4.5 its not succeeding due to the inability to connect. We currently utilize ArcGIS 10.3.1 but it appears we'll be prohibited from making further updates, is there a workaround ? Please provide technical assistance or guidance.
