I would like to have a pin in the center appear when the map pans and then drop and get the coordinates. The app begins by showing the users location and then they can pan to a new location to update their address. I have it working fine but the only issue I am having is that the pin appears at the very beginning since the map "pans" automatically. Is there a way to control this so the pin does not appear in the beginning? I am new to esri and completely lost so all help would be appreciated.
