Hey there,

I tried to set up a new portal installation with the new enterprise builder for arcgis 10.5.1.
So I followed the instructions step by step (Plan a base deployment—Installation Guides (10.5) | ArcGIS Enterprise)

Problem is I can't get i to work:
The "enterprise configuration wizard" can not connect to the URL: https://mymachine.mydomain.com:6443/arcgis/enterprise

To get to the setup I have to use http and port 6080 instead of https and 6443.
That's the first thing going wrong.
When I go through the configuration setup and end up with this error:

Not only did I am certain that the server is up and running but I also got the cerificate for https which you need to use. (Plan a base deployment—Installation Guides (10.5) | ArcGIS Enterprise)

The certificate should be ok. My IT guy created it for me with the guide in the link above and the credentials from the company.

I already checked the log files and protocolls but could'nt find something to get a clue. Could it be that there is something wrong with the certificate regarding its "trust status" (trusted certificates")

So why can't I connect to my server-URL?

What am I missing? Is there a setting in a file that I have to change? Is there another way to validate my certificate?

Best Regards
Leo

PS: The ports 80(http) and 443(https) are enabled.
