Short URL corrupted why?

why an adrress from a story maps after a time it`s corrupted o redirection to other page?

for example http://arcg.is/2qg7QXO  

I don´t know why may this happen.

This happened in several cpu and cell phones

Can you post the original page that embeds the story map so I can see what the issues are?

Sorry, I don't understand what your question is? Is the short URL (from the share dialog) going to a different page other that the Map Series app? Something else? Or are you having trouble embedding the app in another website? If you are trying to embed the map series app, can you provide the URL to the website that is embedding the story map.

Ok ok. Yesterday and only yesterday, when I clicked http://arcg.is/2qg7QXO    Directed to the page in china (image 1) a TBS PAGE, today i don´t know why ?  the problem it´s solve. But I desire what was the reason for this problem because I'm not the only person who had this problem, several people report me this problem.
