Click on a feature redirect to URL

We are currently in the process of upgrading some external sites, and does anyone know if its possible have the user click on a feature and automatically redirect to a URL.  I know that this can be done by using a popup, but I want to bypass the popup and go directly to a site.

Any ideas

Hi Frank,

This would require a custom application for this functionality.  For example, you could create an application using the Web AppBuilder (Developer Edition), and then edit the functionality of when a feature is clicked.
