Start Planning for Fall MOOCs Now!

Discussion created by ASchutzberg-esristaff Employee on Jun 27, 2017

It's a good time to look at your calendar to see if a fall Esri MOOC will fit your schedule. Remember, these courses are free and run for four to six weeks. If you register and complete an entire course, you'll not only learn a great deal, but will also receive a certificate of completion. The certificate makes a nice addition to your resume and LinkedIn profile!

Registration is open for four different courses, including one being offered for the very first time.

Sept 6 - Oct 17 (registration closes Sept 20)

Do-it-Yourself Geo Apps (4 weeks) - Learn how to build apps without programming.

Earth Imagery at Work (6 weeks) - Learn how imagery is used in a variety of disciplines.

Nov 1 - Dec 12 (registration closes Nov 15)

The Location Advantage (6 weeks) - Learn about location analytics and how businesses can leverage geospatial data.

***New*** Cartography. (6 weeks) - Learn how to think like a cartographer and make better maps.

Finally, if you will be in San Diego for the Esri International User Conference, I invite you to come by the Education booth at the Expo and say hello! I'd love to hear how we can make the MOOC program even better.
