I don't like the one created for me, when I made a copy from an existing document.
The only thing I see is for the optional template. Do you have a specific example (or generalized one) to show what you want to do?
The url is made from the document number and the title (keywords) when it is save. If you copy it then it saves the original title to the new document, and there is not a way to change the URL. This seems like a bug, and Christopher Catania should be able to check with Jive on that behavior. I would recommend creating a new document, and copying the HTML from the original document while in an edit session. Then paste it into the new document HTML view. Add the desired title, and then save.

Hi Adena - Sorry on the delay. I'll log this issue with Jive as a bug and see what the resolutions is. I'll keep you updated.
