None of our workers are able to open the Workforce Project in the mobile app. The first occurrence was two days ago. We thought we had traced the issue back to a discrepancy between the ArcGIS Online named users available and the records in the Workers feature layer. There was a named user that had been deleted from the system that was still in the workers layer. We cleared the difference and after several tests the problem appeared to be resolved.
This morning we find that the same error message is blocking our users from opening the project in the mobile app. There are no apparent differences in the users table vs online accounts. What else could we be missing?
