I notice that only the community page only the Education form has description text showing. Any way to modify my community settings to help users find their favorite community? Or is this something that could be fixed globally?
Which begs the question... where is the community directory? I can only find communities by using the afore-said Communities link and sifting by keyword, newest etc.
That's the only all inclusive directory. We had the Community Structure for spaces but that was managed manually.
Hi Curtis - I have to look further into why groups and only spaces show the description on the front tile you're asking about. The best way for you to make sure that users find the group is to have a good group title, tags, keywords and a good description so that info gets picked up in GeoNet search. And you do have all those in place and the group comes up in search right away. I'll follow up on your description question as soon as I have more info.
