Photos on Survey 123

I am unable to select a photo stored on the phone from within a suvey when using an android phone.  This does not seem to be an issue with an iphone.  After navigating to the folder where the photos are stored on the phone the survey123 screen does not show any images as available for selection, the screen is blank.  Where can I find them?  Thank you

Hi Charleen,

Can I ask what type of phone you have?  We've seen this occur with specific Android devices.

Mine is a ZTE with android 4.3 but we had a workshop in Kyrgyzstan last

week and other android phones (different models but could not tell you

which) had similar problems. Thanks

Thanks for replying back- we have not had a report of this with a ZTE device.
