Troubleshooting Mosaic Imagery Dataset

I am trying to create a mosaic dataset from the tiled imagery that was given to us by our County, but I am having trouble cleaning up some of the grids that show a red transparent overlay or black background.  I haven't had much luck with the repair function or using the imagery analysis window.  I have minimal knowledge with working with imagery and was hoping someone here will have some input.  I will cross post this in the Imagery Forum too.
