I have a problem with my ArcGIS for Dekstop v.10.3.1. I need to reinstall a program, so I tried to deauthorize my license. And here is the problem. When I checked ArcGis Administrator there was nothing. Here is screenshoot how it looks: 


I downloaded ArcGis deauthorization tool, but the process failed - neither automatic nor offline wasn't working. Do have any ideas how can I fix that?
