I run the Publish BoundariesTool for a USA_Boundaries service definition file downloaded from My Esri. The rest directory shows that the service definition was published. However, it is not available from the Geographies section in Insights. Any suggestions?

Hi. Thank you for such a quick response. We finally got it to work. Our portal's default region is PR and we were trying to publish a US Boundaries service definition file. The portal administrator changed the default region to US and ran the tool. This seemed to do the trick. Afterwards, we changed back to PR as the default region.
To answer your questions:
1. Was the Publish Boundary Layers tool in Portal run with Portal's default administrator credentials? - Yes
2. Is the hosted service owned by owner: esri_boundaries? -Yes
3. Can you share your developer tools error in the browser when you go to the Geographies tab in your workbook? - It basically said that no geographies were available and should contact the portal administrator. However, the rest directory showed the serviced definition as published.
Thank you.
Glenda.
