When I'm setting up my layouts the graphical elements wont stay in the place I specify. For instance I have inserted a new map frame and I have guide lines. When moving a corner vertex of the map frame to a place on the guide line (assuming it snaps, which seems to rarely happen) it always reverts back to the original location.
