Hi Karim, you have to be a member of an organization that has a current maintenance product (or have one yourself), and be connected to the organization through My Esri or ArcGIS Online. When you're on the Training site, make sure you use the same Esri account that's connected.

mrlovalova44‌ - Could you provide information on the course you are trying to access? Are you getting a particular error message? You can also contact the training team directly at  gistraining@esri.com. When you write them, please include the above information along with the Esri account you are using to access the course, Thanks!
