IOS 9.3.5. Works fine on my phone and other Ipads with LTE and same versions. Anyone else having this problem????
As a basic check, have you verified that Survey123 has been allowed access to the cellular data (Settings > Cellular and then scroll through the application listings)?
It’s not listed under Settings > Cellular for some reason. On the devices that do work it is.
Esri’s collector and explorer work just fine on cellular data.
That's very unusual that the Survey123 isn't listed in the cellular data authorization list. Perhaps you could uninstall and reinstall it- that resets an application's permission status (it will prompt you to allow it access).
I tried the uninstall and reinstall with no success. The only thing prompted is to allow 123 access to location data.
From the 'General > About' page, can you supply the model number and carrier info? That might help track down if this is a device specific issue.
