When I'm trying to publish a layer from Esri Maps for Office 4.0 to Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1, I got an error. The ArcGIS Server log says: Error executing tool. Publish Portal Service Job ID: j3cb003e3b5cc47bea1e4b026bea86940 : ERROR 999999: Error executing function. Failed to execute (Publish Portal Service). Portal log contain similar error: Failed to publish item '3d8be539395c4ed083562ad12f1beb00' (id:3d8be539395c4ed083562ad12f1beb00). ERROR 999999: Error executing function. Failed to execute (Publish Portal Service). Failed.. Job ID: 'j3cb003e3b5cc47bea1e4b026bea86940'. At the same time, publishing layers from ArcGIS for Desktop to Portal for ArcGIS runs correctly.
What can be the reason of such behaviour?
