I recently subscribe for 60 days free trial and downloaded .exe for it. i also installed it but when it is crashing when i tried to launch it with a msg box describe that software has serious issue and need to close it, you will loose all current unsaved work and click here to submit this problem to esri tech team to fixed it (Which i done for at least 5-6 times without any response). To set it right i uninstalled and reinstalled it couple of times but that msg keep popping up. So i deleted .exe file and tried to download it again but to my surprise i couldn't find the option of download it.
so what should i do? can somebody guide me? Thanks
