I searched around but still cant figure this out...

I have a secured feature service...

https://gis.orangeville.ca/arcgisx/rest/services/PlanningCadastre/AssessmentParcelSECURE/FeatureServ...

But I cannot add it as an item, or to the map

I can hit the rest service and open it on the map... so I have credential access and it's working.

Adding it to AGOL as an item however I am given this...

Unable to load https://gis.orangeville.ca/arcgisx/rest/services/PlanningCadastre/AssessmentParcelSECURE/FeatureServ... status: 0

I can hit that url as well which gives me this...

{"currentVersion":10.41,"serviceDescription":"Assessment Parcels in the Town of Orangeville","hasVersionedData":false,"supportsDisconnectedEditing":false,"syncEnabled":false,"supportedQueryFormats":"JSON, AMF","maxRecordCount":5000,"capabilities":"Query","description":"","copyrightText":"","spatialReference":{"wkid":4326,"latestWkid":4326},"initialExtent":{"xmin":-80.14903681480298,"ymin":43.92317306766534,"xmax":-80.06168286919693,"ymax":43.93988189090587,"spatialReference":{"wkid":4326,"latestWkid":4326}},"fullExtent":{"xmin":-80.14491774599998,"ymin":43.88947798000004,"xmax":-80.06580193799994,"ymax":43.935260980000066,"spatialReference":{"wkid":4326,"latestWkid":4326}},"allowGeometryUpdates":false,"supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIds":false,"units":"esriDecimalDegrees","documentInfo":{"Title":"","Author":"","Comments":"Assessment Parcels in the Town of Orangeville","Subject":"Assessment Parcels in the Town of Orangeville","Category":"","Keywords":"assessment,parcel,roll"},"layers":[{"id":0,"name":"Assessment Parcel"}],"tables":[],"enableZDefaults":false}

Any ideas?

Cheers.

I contacted support and got it resolved.

It was a mix between arcgis server settings and arcgis online settings...

In your arcgis online organization settings go to Security > Trusted Servers > add enter your domain ... in my case it was "gis.orangeville.ca" for the service mentioned above.

I would suggest contacting Technical Support to look into this one further as the service is secured.
