Dynamic Text in the Legend

Is it possible to use dynamic text from the DDP index layer as the label or description for that same index layer in the legend?

I have a polygon layer of property areas and would like all of them to have the same symbology but instead of a generic "subject property" in the legend have the property name like I do on the page title.

The label and description properties of layers do not accept dynamic text(which in turn drive the legend labels).  However, if you were able to convert the dynamic text to a basic string, you could do something of this nature. 

Can you post  a screenshot of what your page title and legend looks like right now, and how you would want it to change?  I don't use DDP at all, but what to know what you are trying to get as an output.
