I created a survey that I want to share with users that are outside my own Organization Account. Can I do this? Could those other users have the ability to edit it or add to it? Thanks!

I am setting up a project where a class of sixth graders collect data. I am a geomentor for the class and they received a generous ESRI school grant and all have organization accounts. I also want non-students (public) to be able to participate. With Survey 123, I am sure that the public can participate, but each one will need to download the Survey123 app. That is not a big deal and I have already set up the survey and tested it a bit. I am also trying the Geoform app, which I think will allow me to provide the online form without having participants download an app. If you want, I can share with you what happens.
Hi Megan,
In addition to sharing your survey for public use, you can also share your survey with people who belong to a different ArcGIS Online organization.

One minor addition to this comment,
> With Survey 123, I am sure that the public can participate, but each one will need to download the Survey123 app.
If the survey was authored via the Survey123 website, the survey can also be completed within a web browser. End users do not need to download the Survey123 field app.
Hope this helps,
Derek: Thanks for clarifying the role of the Survey123 app in your post. I am just learning about these various collector type apps and didn't mean to post something that was incorrect. If I develop some more materials for the students, I will be sure to post links here so that people can see some possible uses for schools. Exciting stuff with lots of uses. I also like the crowd-source story map idea, but have not played with that very much.
Hi Brian,

Please DO NOT apologize!! Absolutely no need. It's all good and I did not mean to come across "authoritarian". If I did, then please accept my apologies.
Thank you for participating in the GeoNet user forums and trying to help out someone in the user community. That is great. Everyone (including myself) makes mistakes so it is no big deal.
Thanks
I found the Survey123 tool to be all that I need and the tutorial at: Create a survey—Get Started with Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS was really helpful. I built the HOA emergency preparedness survey by following the tutorial and after I published it and made to available to everyone, I sent myself a link on my phone and was able to complete the survey. It is a little more slick when I tried it by actually adding Survey123 to my phone through Google Stores, but even without the app the anonymous survey response including pictures and locations were collected in the survey. I probably won't mess with the geoform at this point as Survey 123 does all I want it to do.
