ESRI is hosting a MapServer layer for the 113th congress at

USA_Congressional_Districts (MapServer)

It is relatively easy for software using any of the common mapping APIs to display this layer using the ESRI REST API.

This layer makes a great visual since it shows solid colors based on the party affiliation of the person holding each U.S. House seat.

However, the current congress is the 115th and some district boundaries have changed.  Yes, I know ESRI is hosting the 115th data as a FeatureServer layer at:

Question: As a public service is ESRI willing to also host a MapServer layer with the 115th data similar to the MapServer layer with the 113th data?
