Problem of Waze CCP Feed?

I follow the tutorial of "GeoEvent Extention-Waze Connector" to fill out the form to apply to Waze' connected citizens data exchange program. Within the form,  I fill in the "url feed" by the following format:

https://na‐georss.waze.com/rtserver/web/TGeoRSS?tk=TOKENVALUE&ccp_partner_name=PARTNERNAME
&polygon=34.582214,32.581065;35.389709,32.460638;35.760498,31.998286;35.364990,31.341432;34.326782,
31.496128;34.582214,32.581065;34.582214,32.581065&format=JSON&types=traffic,alerts

The Waze does not return anything. Please let me how can I receive the Waze CCP Token!

Your partner name will actually be in the Waze Feed URL once you join the Waze CCP.  It will look like this:

ccp_partner_name=Hillsborough
