Shortcut key to previous tool used

Using ArcGIS 10.3. Is there a shortcut key to take you back to the previous tool used? If not is it possible to set a shortcut key to do this?

not sure if you are talking Pro 1.3 or Map 10.3

arcmap Keyboard shortcuts in ArcMap—Help | ArcGIS Desktop 

PRO  they tend to be by location rather than overall Keyboard shortcuts for navigation—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Desktop etc
