Tile Grid Naming Scheme

I used the Create Fishnet tool to make a tile grid with 11 columns and 12 rows, and I want to name each tile according to its column and row number (i.e. column number_row number). Any ideas for python script that would name each tile according to its column and row placement?

If not, doing a browser search for

arcpy add row column label to grid
