We are seeing a display issue with one of the tile package that was built by our customer. The tile package contains street and labels drawn on a transparent background so that this package can be used to overlay an aerial photo. What we are seeing is that sometimes when you zoom in/out, the application would display the current LOD, but it also show the LOD above or below it (see screenshots). When this happens, if we pan the map by moving side to side, then move back to the original area, it would correct itself. Any idea on what could be causing this?
This is seen in 10.2.7 SDK, we haven't seen it in the 100.x release.
